Hi everyone,

I was sent this info and thought it would be helpful advice at this crazy time. I know the weekend is promising warm weather again and my fears are the crowds will return. Hope this advice helps you to stay safe if you get out for exercise, fresh air or need to get shopping! Hope you are all keeping well and even using the time to engage in something you have been 'putting off for another day". If it doesn't work as a hyperlink, copy and paste into your browser.
