Hit the sack about 10.15pm feeling really tired, wakened after only a couple of hours sleep, been dozing on and off since. I don’t sleep during the day so it’s a bummer when this happens (about 2-3 times a week).
Watching movie Another 48 Hours, hopefully I’ll drop off watching it with a bit luck🛏💤🤞
insomnia is the worst. it makes me want to slap someone, if only I had the energy. have you tried supplements &/or sleeping tablets? I was taking 70 melatonin (that's 350 mg), 20 Benadryl, and ambien and it took me a couple of hours after I swallowed the last pill to get to sleep. I told my doctor and she freaked, so I stopped. we tried some other tablets and one of them actually works! here's wishing you sleep. stay strong.
AN HOUR B4 BEDTIME, I TAKE AN HERBAL SEDATIVE BY GAIA CALLED SOUND SLEEP, ALSO MELATONIN 3MG, AND LEMON BALM, PLUS A VERY TINY AMOUNT OF LIQUID CBD. RIGHT B4 GETTING IN BED I TAKE 5-HTP. I DON'T ALWAYS GET TO SLEEP RIGHT AWAY, BUT SLEEP VERY SOUNDLY MOST OF THE TIME.
