My breathing is not good

I am having a bad week.

It’s my breathing, when I am setting I am ok unless I am talking then I have to take deeper breaths.

When standing and moving about my breathing just cannot keep up.

I am getting light headed and very short of breath.

I have spent most of the week watching TV.

It is probably just ataxia but I would get it checked x

That’s me ok now. 3 days I was like that.

This normal only happens when I am at work. Usually after I have over done it.

I have been of work now since last December, I did not expect it.
