I'm thinking about starting Joe's regimen ;) Now I'm taking:

vitamin D (because I'm lactose intolerant)

vitamin B12 (because I'm vegetarian)

omega3

I'm taking these because I have the anxiety disorder and I don't want to take antidepressants:

ashwagandha

taurine

neuridine

I also want to use more turmeric in my diet and drink a cup of green tea daily.

I take vitamins D (for diagnosed deficiency) and B. I also take magnesium, which allegedly helps with muscle spasms in my legs.

Zinc for immune system (mine is soooooooo low nowadays), B Complex (I am also a vegetarian so this is important), Magnesium, tried co-enzyme Q10 just to check wasn’t related (made no difference so stopped), now just taking Moringa and Vitamin D3

Hi,

I take calcium with vit d, then vit b12 twice a month. These are both on prescription. I also take AHCC, a compound of mixed mushrooms and seaweed to boost my immune system and give me a little boost of energy. I buy that from timehealth UK.

Calcium with vit D3 is a precaution to keep my bones strong as I fall over so often. Also I had an early menopause. B12 is very important for brain functionality.
