Does anyone else experience restless sleep and take any supplements or natural rememdies to counteract it?
By restless I mean that I toss and turn quite a bit and kick my legs. It doesn’t really wake me but it disturbs my partner.
I’m going to up my dosage of CBD oil to a full dropper per night rather than half as it did used to make me fall into a deep sleep. But I would be interested to know if anyone else has any suggestions.

Things that have, in the past, helped me to fall asleep are Benadryl (Diphenhydramine HCL), Melantonin, and Unisom. What happens to me is that, after taking something for a while, I often develop a tolerance to it, so it becomes less effective. Alternating the use of different sleep enhancers has allowed me to minimize the amount of tolerance that my system develops to any one drug. After I am off of my usual sleep treatment for a while, by using a different drug to help me to sleep, I have found that my tolerance to my usual sleep enhancer, typically, has diminished. That allows me to go back to using my favorite sleep treatment until I, again, begin developing a tolerance to its effects, at which time I go back to using a different treatment for a while. I hope that this approach to finding a way to, more consistently, get a good nights sleep might also work for you.
I too sleep restlessly and wake every nite but its caused by the inability to easily twist and turn . i find the only thing that helps is to rise and stretch and then go back to sleep.
