I am about three weeks off seventy years young, and have Genetic late onset cerebellar ataxia, previously I used to take the dogs (two springer spaniels ) running for easily ten miles. This morning I took my mountain bike ( and the dogs ) for about three miles , which goes to prove that things might change but they don't have to stop.
