Hello all my good people,

I'm sorry for being unactive. Been thinking a lot. I want to know about fasting, does it affect people like me with Sca. I've been fasting my whole life and always try to be a good Muslim. I don't want to give up fasting right now since I love it. I always want to challenge myself but I also wanna know if it has an affect on me. Your thoughts, opinions and answer are very helpful to me. Do not feel like I don't care about your opinion, I care about you all and wish the best for you. You have helped me significantly and I know it will continue.

Thanks everyone.

I looked up what you suggested 'medical medium'. It might not be a scripture but it goes against what I stand for and believe in as a Muslim. Any other suggestions?

I think fasting can be so good for us, especially if we have freshly made juices as it gives the body time to heal, and spiritually it’s your intention that is most important, so even if you just give up one meal a day for religious reasons that’s still great, I fasted yesterday with apple celery and cucumber juice and water only, but by 7pm I had to give in ! I felt even more dizzy than normal( and had a jacket potato and salad ), so I didn’t go the whole day as planned but I managed 24 hours ,so I’m pleased with that. am trying to fast one day a week

Also I agree with Maysan look up medical medium

Thanks for your response! It's good to hear that it don't affect me because I love doing it. It's never just one meal because I eat least 8 times everyday. Your advice will definitely help me.
