😬 I have to agree with Litty. This week, I volunteered to do this very thing. It dredged everything back up, and I was unbelievably stressed 😑 And, when it came to the point where I had to stand and speak 😩

Even gathering my thoughts and putting facts in writing was difficult. There's so much that I've just blanked out, it makes life a lot easier 😏xB
