I am 72 and since my 50's have suffered increasing mobility and balance problems.Gene research has indicated SPG7 and my lower limbs are weak and feet turn in more and more.I understand this to be incurable but would appreciate any useful advice .My left leg is over 2cm shorter than my right one so I build up 'lightweight' shoes with wedges as all attempted orthotics haven't helped.Has anyone found ways to improve this condition? Thank you,Matthew

Hi Matthew, welcome 🙂
There's a search box at the top of this page, type in spg7. You'll see a post from 'Brian' click on that. 🙂xB
Hi Matthew I am sorry to hear of the condition bothering you, I know nothing about it but did google it, just continue to get some kind of physical therapy if possible. Staying as active as you can will help those muscles a little. Don't give up!
