Signed up and am posting just to say hi. Have FA, am 45, I enjoy board games, books, and TV box sets.

I've just begun a Skype speech therapy course--wanting to improve conversation; to that end, does anyone wish to Skype?

Hi Brett, welcome🙂 I have 'undecided ataxia' I thought everything was cut and dried but have now found another door opening😉 You have a nice selection of hobbies🙂 Currently I don't Skype but you'll probably find people on here who do🙂xBeryl

I guess "undecided ataxia" is not a strict medical term ;).

Hi Brett. My name is Trisha. I am 46. I have SCA type 3. I live in the US. Came across this group and decided to see if there was anymore info out there that could help me. I've started physical therapy, we we'll see how this goes. I haven't used Skype, but have it on my computer. . .

I'm a little hesitant about Skype--my speaking voice is not the greatest,--BUT that is why I posted!

So if you feel up to it...

I've only just started using Skype myself. One needs to create an account and, I think, choose a username.

I got on Skype and guess I must have signed into it when I first got my laptop. . Right now it's telling me to invite friends with email. . . Will let you know when I figure this out!
