Gabapentine

I have recently been prescribed Gabapentine by my consultant in London, am a bit wary of taking it, but they think I need it. One thing I wanted to question though as looking on the Internet it keeps saying about this information being on a medical bracelet, is it necessary ? Thanks xx

Before you start taking it please take a look at my post about a month ago. I really didn't get on with it and had very bad side effects. I know everyone is different but just keep an eye on any differences in your mental state.

Hi!

I was the same as Tiggywinks I did it get on with it at all it did nothing for the pain but it made me very very depressed. My doctor said some people have no issues but I did not like it.

Thank you for your replies, I am aware of the side affects but in all honestly my mood can't get any lower, but hopefully the pains will go so I can do a little more activity than I am at the moment xx

I know it may effect people different ways but I have been on gabapentin for 9 years. With no side effects and no bracelet.
