I was diagnosed with SCA a year ago and at recent assessment now progressed to MSA. Phoebe13 can you tell me if you have wastage and weakening of you thigh muscles. I find the more I get tired the more difficult it is to lift my legs. That is apart from my balance problem.

Hi it is my partner who has this condition and yes he lost muscle

If that makes sense ? And where he use to have a shape in his calf now they go straight down as he not active like he use to be
