Hoe does your toilet looks like?

Hello ...

I think this year I've to adapt my toilet again. I have grip bars, grab pole or holding rods (I don't know exactly how you say to it) like you see on my fotos :)

I like the rod like in Aidan's video I found on youtube (youtube.com/watch?v=FQqyICZ... - minute 9:25) for the bathroom.

What do you say? Can you give me a recommendation?

That is an extremely useful video, thankyou. I'm sure ŵe've all had symptoms like that but didn't realise they were recognised as part of CA. I just thought my feet were 'odd'
