Hi some years ago I found an internet site which showed us ataxians helpful ways to do various movements; for example how to get up of the floor. But unfortunately i never noted the site's address. Does anyone know which site it was and what the address was please

Thanks very much Beryl. I have since seeing your reply spent ages going through many sites. Most have the same advice - find a chair or something solid to help you! I know I found another site but it was years ago now - was really good with diagrams etc. Had lots of info on it. I can get up off the floor thanks to this site but just wanted to browse the other info and also show it to my physiotherapist..........

Oh well that'll teach me not to make a note of it :(

Have a good day....... i'm going to watch the rugby match now :)
