Hi, has anyone had the stomach bug that's going around yet?
I have digestive problems and my body doesn't react normally at all when I'm ill. No fever to help kill the germs!
I haven't been able to eat at all for the last two days, now i'm feeling really weak. But no diarreaoh yet, I think its all SLOWLY working round my system
Does anyone have any advice?

I am sorry to hear that you are not well.
The most important thing is that you keep on drinking fluids so as you don't become dehydrated, particularly if you are being sick or have diarrhoea. If your symptoms last for more than a few days then you must go to your GP. I thought you may find the following link helpful.

I'm the opposite of having diarrhea. I suffer from chronic constipation and have to use laxatives daily. I still regularly suffer from stomach and chest pains. Fortunately though I very seldom wibblywobbly become ill although the discomfort can be very intense
Thanks Harriet, but haven't got the diarrhoea yet, but am drinking and now I seem to be slowly getting my appertite back so hopefully am on the mend now
