what happened to the daily post of "health unlocked" in my mail inbox?

My inbox stopped getting any more posts from "Health Unlocked" some time ago but I started getting daily posts from "living with ataxia". I never asked for the first one to stop and the second one to commence, so what happened?

My emails are erratic too. I try to log on to this site regularly because

of it. I haven't changed anything on my profile that would alter

notifications.

But then the site isn't very active, maybe people are having holidays xB

Hi Klazien

This community has not been very active recently which could be why you haven't been receiving any emails.

However I would also make advise making sure your settings are correct to receive emails. If you click on your name at the top of the page and then click on 'Account' in the drop down menu, you will see a lot of options of when you can receive emails. Tick all the boxes that are relevant to you. Remember to save any changes you make (I often forget!)

Ah, a pet can be a great comfort I know you'll take it steady with the

walks, be very careful when you bend to pick up after him. Even bending

to clean the cat litter tray can be precarious for me xB
