I think also to have a sense of humour, is really important, conditions like this can knock us about a bit, sometimes we are not in the mood for laughter. But when I take the spot light off me, and look at the world in a relaxed manner ( lighten up ), the world changes to. I am new to this site, so please take it easy on me lol I do know that the problem shared, is the problem halved.

G`day cobber, just take every day as it comes. This Ataxia can really get you down and take you to the pits, but you are not alone.

There are people on this site who are more than willing to listen(read) what you`ve got to say mate.

As you have already posted - A problem shared is a problem halved.

John :-)
