Keep Going

Keep Going

Physio` was here again today. Could not do much today unfortunatiey as I was having a `leave me alone day` with cluster headache attack.

So (I found out later) she had made an appointment to come back next week said her goodbyes and left me......................... with my medication, oxygen and pure misery. They really are awful when they happen.

But, not to worry, in the past now :-) As Winston Churchill once said and I quote:

"If you're going through hell, keep going"

Awful night outside, looking through the window, it looks cold, wet & windy - just the weather to be at sea :-)

  • John, that pic says a thousand words. I hope you've got some relief today.xB

  • Much better day thanks.

  • At this time of year, I remember the brave firemen and cops at New York's ill-fated World Trade Center, who selflessly ran up the stairs (to their deaths) to save lives. They were the antithesis of the expression: if If the going gets tough, the tough get going, and more in the Churchillian mode. Remember them too and feel stronger. Not to diminish your own experience, of course.

  • Dear John H, The saying, a picture is worth a thousand words, says it all! Things can only get better from here! Winston Churchill had it right! ;o)
