I have a friend who's a yoga instructor - she does lots of work for people with disabilities and movement disorders. Since the pandemic she's been doing her classes through zoom. During the first lockdown she helped me with exercises - so I thoroughly recommend her.

I used to be a yoga teacher and every morning my wife and I do a 30 minute program of stretching. It helps us both so I heartily endorse this post.Nigel
