At peace with myself

Just thought I`d share this.

I have a large picture of this framed and hanging in my bedroom and it justmakes me so relaxed and at one with myself when I look at it. As if it were real.

Great picture. Relaxation and positive thinking exercises often involve you trying to imagine a scene where you feel happy and at peace and this is a great example. I am going to think of my own scene now.
