Heads up !

I thought I'd try and regain some of the control I'd lost and be the best I could be so I decided to read this book-

'The brain diet' by Alan Logan (see amazon reviews)

I've been following strictly for 1 year and can report significant improvement in software symptoms. I have completely substituted anti-inflamatories for daily turmeric!

It seems gut health is key to brain health and a happy body.

Well worth a read !!
