I do exercises for strength and balance. Anything physical you can do safely is helpful. Just keep moving. Yoga and/or pilates is good exercise, as well as walking. I walk on a treadmill, as I can hold on (my balance is really bad). I also stand by the ledge between my kitchen and family room. I bend one knee, holding one foot up for as many seconds as I can (without holding on), then I switch feet. I keep trying to up the seconds. I stand at the ledge incase I start to fall, as I can grab on. I also do floor exercises and use light hand weights. I stretch my muscles each day also, as they tend to get tight. Google "balance exercises" and "exercise" (or whatever) to get some ideas. My best to you..., ;o)

Any exercise to do with strenghtening your core. I find a exercise ball and a wobble cushion to stand and sit on is useful. Ask your G.P to refer you to the neurological

physio dept of your local hospital for an accessment.
