I have asthma and breath heavy when I have a cold or going up stairs. my hubby thinks I breath like this on purpose !

OK best advice I can give is tell him to tape his mouth shut, tape one nostril shut and see how he gets on. Your life is tough enough without this. Sorry but some people just make me wonder. Sending supportive hugs ♥♥♥

I think he is being very selfish. This is distressing enough for you without having to put up with his criticism. You need support and kindness when you are poorly xxx

Tell him to look at the Asthma UK website. Tell him 3 people die every day with asthma attacks. Tell him he should be proud of you for coping so well with a debilitating disease.

If you haven't had a check-up lately - with the Dr., preferably, unless you have a really good asthma nurse, do get one. You may need some different medication to help you from time to time.
