help travel insurance

hi all

in desperate search of immediatae help, im due to fly on holiday in 2 weeks its a last min type hol but all reputatble companies ect

im having trouble getting travel insurance , the company we tried to book with told us you had to fill in a bit about medical stuff, then it came back saying they do not cover pre existing medical conditions and therefore im the only one they wont cover.

so does anyone know of any company's who will cover at a fairly reasonable price ?
