Hi I have just been diagnosed with copd (Thursday) and have got a seretide 250 inhaler which i have to use twice a day smoked for 45yrs.

finding all of this quite scarey threw the cigarettes in bucket as soon as i left the surgery breathing not to bad can anyone tell me when the inhaler kicks in...
