68 old male C.O.P.D. CABG in 1994. on usual meds, inhalers clopidogrel ,Bisoprolol statins lisinpril amlodipine aspirin GTN spray etc .left hospital with no follow up appnt with cardiology! M.I 17/03/13. is this a good or bad sign ?????

If you have just come out, ring GP for apt in next few days he/she will have had letter telling him/her what treatment/care you need & it could just be an over site on hospitals part, did you get a discharge letter? You can always ask GP to refer you back to Cardiology if you are not happy with any answers you get from GP. Good luck
