Nothing to forgive mate,,,,, you just gave your side of things that is your right,,, no worries mate..... ,,,, it was all true,,,,,,
Hi Chris, speaking for myself of course, not always easy to do and the more admirable for that. Hope you are and stay well.
Good luck,
Chris
It is a good man ( or woman) who is sensitive enough to be able to say sorry. I didn't read your comments by the way, but still think this is a thoughtful post.

Hi Chris, I must admit I got a bit heated which I don't normally, best change the subject - now what can we talk about, Oh I know - the b****y weather.

Its not too bad here, you can definatly feel the change in temp. We get quite a bit of our elektrickery from solar panels to charge the boat batteries and we are having to run our generator less and less. I LOVE THE SUNSHINE!!!!!!!!!
No need to apologise at all. You are entitled to your opinion and I agree with what you said. Any way it would be a boring world if we all felt the same Take good care.xxx
A lot of people felt the same way so dont apolgise.
No, the comments in question were deleted by me.
You naughty, naughty boy, go and sit on the stairs now!
Forgive and forget.
Hear hear lynne and stitch et al. You have just as much right to express your opinion as anyone else chris. I'm with you on the sunshine, where oh where are those sunbeams
ff x
Everyone has there own opinion, life would be dull if we all thought the same!
The sunbeams are over here,in Aus.been trying to send you some, but the mail is so slow these days!!
Wendells xx
There is a rumour going round that the sun is making a guest apperence next week. xx
As above, opinions are held and spoken in good faith. May I jump in on the subject with an opinion of my own? Whatever the opinion on the lady's performance as an MP and Prime Minister I find it disgusting that we are now to pay for a State Funeral. I cannot afford to pay for my own, yet, am expected to pay for a strangers who is bound to have asset's if she could afford to stay at the Ritz. Older people are going cold and hungry, disabled people are fighting and often losing battles for practical or financial help. Sorry, I still pay tax on tiny work pensions so if anyone knows of a 'peoples petition' to change another burden from our government, after all they have 'u' turned a good few times since coming into power, let me know! Sorry for the rant, it's not personal. It's financial. Jane.
Agreed with every word Chris and lots more besides having been brought up in the North Derbyshire pit villages but kept my own counsel as some people are just too touchy on subjects like this. This woman called a Nelson Mandela a terrorist and championed the Chilean henchman Pinochet.
I try not to get involved in politics on here but all this drivel about Nelson Mandela gets up my nose. Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe, the terrorist wing of the ANC. He pleaded guilty to 156 acts of public violence including organising terrorist bombing campaigns. That is why Amnesty International would not take his case.
You can have your opinion canalchris so no need to apologise. Think of Pete and I next Wednesday in the midst of all the commotion trying to get to the Brompton! Lord help us! xxxx
