But I think I am coming down with something. Tight chest, snuffly like a hedgehog, and quite breathless. I have a rescue pack in case I need it. Tomorrow, I had planned the gym and Tai Chi. I might have to give the gym a miss, but think I can do Tai Chi still.
Fed up that I couldn't get to the gym at the weekend due to snow.

I echo what Chris has said Lynne You know it makes sense ....... and if it is a dreaded infection don't leave it too late to start on the 'rescue pack'
Keep well Lynne, you need a couple of large brandies (or whiskey) with a bit of sugar, hot water and lemon slice. May not cure it, but you'll feel a lot better. Libby
Lynn, Dasis said it listen to your body and take care. If you were in hospital work would have to do with out. I know how you feel about not having the time to get ill. I often feel that I never get sick in comfort meaning the time is never right when I can just go to bed and have nothing to do for a few days. I always get ill when I have lots on. But then the time is never right to get ill. Ok I'm rambling so I'll finish by saying the time is never right to be ill but sickeness has no calendar of clock.
Hope you feel better soon you remind me of myself trying to do all things despite having an illness.
Hi lynne, glad you feel better today, its still bitter out so you should stay in the warm if you can, I am on the dreaded antibiotics and steriods again, seems to be constent at the moment, you have done very well if you haven't had a cold this year, hope you stay well and take care.
