I have discovered a wee man of you tube called Don Fiori. He does tai chi for beginners and is very chilled out with exercises and breathing techniques .His films run for less than 10 mins each .love it already anyone do tai chi classes xxx

I have done Tai chi for a few years. I do the shebashi form it's for those less able. It helps my breathing keeps me supple and eases stress recommend it good look 😁

I have a book that l follow sometimes but think a DVD would be easier. It is very gentle and beneficial. Xxxxx
