After effects of prednisolone.

I'm not sure if you all read this but i want to say thankyou to all who answered my question about feeling so poorly after taking prednisolone. Today i went back to my doctor, and i feel much easier. She was quite sympathetic ,(which helps), and is sending me for blood tests just to check out a few things. i have had more energy today, and my legs are beginning to feel normal again. I even pushed my little grandaughter round the park today, though after about 20mins the cold was hurting my chest.(difficult holding scarf round face and push pushchair.), but i feel more positive now. Thankyou to everyone who bothers to read peoples queries and answer them, it is such a help knowing people care and are also suffering one way or another, and understand.

Get a snood for your scarf problem. Not a fashion type one. One like these footballers have. You can use it like a balaclava as well.
