Please get some support and help dear Rose. There are a lot of people new to this site looking for support themselves.

You know how that feels. You have been up an down so much, and I know you are scared, but please don't scare others away who also need support. Please ring the helpline tomorrow for advice.

I don't know you Rose,

I can only read your blogs.

You seem to be very distressed, I'm not sure what you suffer from, COPD?, cancer?, depression? But which ever or whatever it is you are obviously felling very vulnerable. I don't know what your home circumstances are but I think you may be expecting more than can be provided from an online blog as you can only get text and that is always open to misinterpretation.

From Bolilly, not someone who knows you but has read your blogs and feels concerned about you

Please Rose

Think again, what you are having to deal with has been a shock to you, it's to be expected the down days will be very hard to take. I've told you before I will try to support you as best I can.

So you have had a blip,, tomorrow is another day don't beat yourself up, keep talking, there is always some one to listen.

Take care

Rose, chin up m'darlin, life is hard sometimes and if you go I will miss you. Please stay, sending big hugs.

Here are some words from Timber Hawkeye,

'Some people are always angry and looking for conflict. They're fighting a battle that has nothing to do with you (it's within themselves). Don't take it personally, and know that it's okay to walk away. Tolerance does not mean accepting what is harmful, and that level of aggression and animosity is harmful to everyone involved. Bow out and walk away.'

(That will be metaphorical walking away Rose!) refuse to play their game eh?
