fuzzy head

The last couple of days I have had a fuzzy head and my legs feel a bit wobbly, I am really tired and lethargic, everthing is too much effort, my chest is o.k. breathing a bit more laboured than usual.

I feel almost like I have a cold but I havn't.

Any ideas?

If you find out Polly let me know because I pretty much the same. I feel like I could sleep for a week. Hope we both sort it soon.

Sorry to read you are feeling a bit fuzzy!

This time of year there are so many different bugs and viruses flying around it can be hard to tell, things to mentally check are:

1, Are you bringing up coloured sputum?

2, Does your breathing feel worse than usual?

3, Are your inhalers helping you?

Try to rest, drink plenty of fluids and (i know you know this) if it goes onto your chest contact your GP.

Keep warm.

Yes Polly, I felt like that on Thursday. Later on that night I fell and hit my head on the radiator and knocked myself out. It still hurts and I still feel not hundred percent, it makes me wonder what viruses are going round and how careful we must be. xx

Funny you should say that - my husband the same. I wonder if it is the cold weather that is having an adverse affect. Hope you feel better soon. TAD x
