Hi i often get this & i take it as a sign that my body needs to rest. I find if i rest (i mean fully rest in bed) for a day or two it usually dose the trick, I also see my GP incase i need more antibiotics. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi there fello bronch. Coldzyme into the back of your throat. Can get it from Boots. Dies work if you get to it quickly enough. Works different to other sprays because it attacks the dna in the virus. Sounds like virus on top of your chest. I know that it is sore and horrible but doubling the chest clearance efforts can help prevent it turning into a bacterial exacerbation. Also steaming over a bowl can be soothing.

Thanks missy ,my husband just going out now to see if he can get , I think it could be hayfever

That’s the problem-sorting one thing from another. Unfortunately codzyme won’t help against hay fever. Hope you get it sorted

Just going to check pollen count

I hope you feel better soon. Do you take any antihistamines for hayfever? I think there's a lot of pollen about in parts of the UK.

Zinc lozenges are supposed to keep a virus from getting worse if you start taking them right away. I have noticed a difference since I have started using them at the first signs of a cold. They don’t cure the cold but keep the virus from getting worse.
