Can understand how you feel, living alone. Talking to us is good because we are here to listen but do ring the BLF nurse in the morning. True these things can take time to clear up but you need to talk about it. Ring 03000030555 to talk to the nurse.

Drop in to let us know how you get on, especially if you are feeling really down. Love from Annie80

Thank u,but I need to know how much it will cost to ring,I have to b carefull with my fine bills,I don't have much to live on ,my gone is my lifeline

I meant to say gone bills ,sorry

Il get it right in a minute, phone not gone

Iv just noticed if I sit up really straight in my arm chair ,it's not to bad ,the the slight wave of dizziness I got tonight was when I bent over to pick up my I,pad, off the floor

It should not cost very much to ring Meg 1950, and they can be very helpful. Good luck.
