I don't know if its "normal" but i am exactly the same - just made the bed and tidied my hubbies bits off the floor and am now looking like i just jumped out of the shower and am totally out of breath.
hopefully others will confirm its not unusual
Anything that involves putting your arms above your head produces this result, it is not unusual in any way unfortunately
I know this sounds silly but try to do these things in stages, or as slowly as you can then it won't seem to take as much effort. We still try to go at things like a bull at a gate!
I'm as guilty as the next person, however, for trying to do things which are beyond my present capabilities .....................
I get breathless doing the slightest thing, some days I'm not too bad. I find emptying the washing machine difficult I suppose because I'm bending over, as for the washing line - that had to go, but then I can exercise without too much difficulty.

I put all my bedding on the line this morning, but had to do it in stages, having a rest inbetween. I have just got it in which was much easier because it was dry and not so heavy.
There is no way I could put curtains up.
*polly
I went to see the doctor and had my oxygen level checked, it was 70 so I got an appiontment to see the nurse on the 12th september. I am only sleeping about 3 hours at night, have to get up for an hour, take my sabutamol and then hopefully another couple of hours sleep. My breathing is so bad when I do even the smallest of chores and if I go for a walk i'm like a fish out of water.
If it's any consolation, Ronnoe -- I get worn out just chasing slugs in my garden at night...
Cheers
