yes, same here didn't read at first properly and had coughing bout - then reread and did it right and released some mucus and chest felt little less tight - will be carfeul with this especially at the moment with sudden chest infection started early hours today....yuk.

Hi All - I recommend a pulmonary rehabilitation course as this is just one of the things covered / taught in helping us manage our symptoms / condition.

On the course I attended a physiotherapist taught this technique and other techniques to help with this.

one way or another then , we will all have the right guidelines for these techniques...though shame your PRehab didn't cover them.

Stopping smoking, if one does, will probably clear mucus! At least, it did in my case.

Hi everyone, I have a question, how do you get on a pumonary rehabilitation course? I have had several appointments for this only to have them cancelled and redated a month or more on, now have to wait until September. Thanks.
