Hello Barbara,

Many members of BLF would like to quote the help line number. It's not clear how to access it. I had to scroll help and find you as an administrator to find this at last! But for the uninitiated it's quite a difficult task to do to find this out, especially if one is ill and not terribly Technically minded. Could I suggest that this number apprears more prominently please. It might be possible for it to appear in the green band above. thank you for reading this,
