Very humid here in Northumberland for the past 2 day's struggling with my breathing we could do with a good thunder storm to clear the air, how is everyone coping ? Val
Humid !: Very humid here in... - Lung Conditions C...
Humid !
Not feeling too good with the humidity, have had a couple of panics and must have woken up 6 times last night, feeling quite shattered at the moment.
We had a thunderstorm this morning in Shropshire but it is still very muggy and humid, even worse than before the storm. Dosn't seem to make me extra breathless but I just have no energy.

...and it's the same all the way down here in Cornwall ...icky and sticky! P.
Not good breathing in the south either.
Listless and not breathing so well today in north east Scotland.
Well we have just had thunder lightening heavy down pour still no improvement, have lost some TV channels? But no cooler! Urgh Val
Same story here in West Yorkshire, very 'close' and stuffy. There have been several downpours so far today, but inbetween it's been very warm and sunny. Hopefully the thurderstorm that's due will wait until after I've gone to bed tonight
Here on the IOW it is very breezy and a little chilly, we have not had the humidity as you have on the mainland. It is all suppose to improve overnight as far as the air is concerned, but not the summer I fear. So I hope tomorrow brings better breathing for you all.
At least it is a bit cooler, hope you got some sleep Val
Still hot and humid in Hertfordshire. I just feel awful. At least I'm working from home today.
Not great in Yorkshire - breathing not great for me and I don't have COPD - my husband was suffering. Massive downpour yesterday air much clearer today. Hurrah! TAD xx
Glad about that it was suffocating yesterday Val
Very muggy here in Glasgow woke up about six times last night, but then that is not unusual for me lol.
Down here in South Bucks it is raining today and a bit chilly, a nice day for breathing though.
Well you got your wish yesterday Val we had the daddy of all thunderstorms. The north east was at a standstill, all public transport was brought to its knees. My daughter walked 6 miles to get part way home from newcastle. She finally arrived home at 10pm last night after setting out for home just before 5 :-(.
Her baby which we babysit on Thursday and Friday had to stay with us last night. Its a good thing he was no bother because gone are the days that I can pace the floor with a baby overnight. Hopefully today the weather will be kinder. I hope you all have a good weekend.
We live on the coast and we were lucky too, we did have rain but we must have been on the edge of the storm. Friends of ours live in Seaburn near Sunderland and they could see the dark clouds and funny coloured sky but had no rain at all . It was a storm of biblical proportion, frightening for a lot of people
Yes much better Val
