Many thanks to all those who answered my concerns will a special mention to janedivney and madonbrew for suggesting that I ask for Sprivia Respirmat on top of my Fostair.

After 2 excerbations in less than 4 weeks, I was getting very concerned that my high dose Fostair wasnt enough for me as even though I'd been diagnosed with eosinophillic asthma, the copd overlap was being ignored. My peak flow was down to 140 and I still had a nasty wheeze.

Long story short, I spoke with my respiratory nurse and she put Sprivia on repeat prescription for me straight away after listening to my story. My wheeze has already gone and my peak flow is back to 250 (300 if I use my blue inhaler). I've only been using it for 3 days so hopefully my breathing will continue to improve.🙏

Thanks again for taking the time to answer our questions, you're all stars! xx

That’s great news 😊 Of all my meds I feel it’s the one which helps me the most. I think it took 7 days for full effect so you might improve even more🤞

Fingers crossed but I'm still getting the hang of using it, it does make me gag a little so I hope that I'm not wasting too much... xx
