It's seems so rude of me not to answer those kind people who answered my post on the above post ,I was very grateful to those who kindly wrote back to me ,its just that I have felt so exhausted from over breathing I haven't had the blast ,I am feeling a little better now and as garshe said been practicing slowing down my breathing ,I would like to say thank you to you all for your surport
