What a hard act to follow after reading David (Greenthorn) post.

Been a week for me, not been well and last night I got two strange text messages, One in A&E abd just has a scan - Followed by another saying"had to have another" In terrible pain - Fed UP.

I was puzzled did not have a clue as unsigned, I got a call from my daughter "Stella Tonight" - It was her in hospital something not right with her overy and having ultrasound tomorrow, I feld bad not answering but the message was unsigned - So did not know.

Painting is from the cold of the Northern Lights to the red hot heat of the Carbbean,.

Both your paintings are great and so different to each other, hot and cold ! I think my favourite is the northern lights one though, with your purple mountains. Thank you 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑

Thank you HH Stella has ultrasound today. When I gotthe textsIthought it wasa spamer or a miskake by someone. Noprthern lights I have on'done one like that before.

How is your daughter doing ? Spam texts are awful (somehow worse than spam emails ?) At the moment I’m getting spam texts about my unpaid parking fine. I live on an island with a mile and a half of single track road and no one would care where you park. Also, I don’t have a car. But spam texts make you ignore or doubt genuine ones, which is awful too. Thinking of you and your daughter.

She is still in hospital. She has a large cist on her overy, her pain is the problem but they are giving her morphine. She will see Doctor in the morning and he will decide, it has to be took as there is a denger of bleeding. I am relieve it not malignant HH .

I get spn text telling me I am in arrears with my Tak tak account, obvious spam as it's DD . Yes how can you trust real ones with Spam,. Thank's for your kind concern HH - Appreciated,

Lovely contrast between the two paintings. Great colours. I hope your daughter is feeling better soon it is so horrible being in pain. Always such a worry when it is your child. It can be hard to know if its a scam or genuine sometimes. Take care Ern.xx

I absolutely love both of these Ern , the colours are stunning 😍 I hope your daughter is ok , coincidentally my daughter is having similar problems, been in terrible pain for some time now for a few days every month , had ultrasound and camera and found a small cyst on her ovary but not big enough to cause the amount of pain she’s in - investigations are ongoing 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s time we had something in common that’s actually good 😂 x

Thank you Val -it was spooky Sunday Night - I got a text saying in very pad pain waiting scan. No name. Follow up something larger on her ovary, that's why she is having ultrasound. Still did not know who it was until I got a call from her last night. So waiting for a call fingers crossed. You are right our mutual tracking could have us on a track to something good for a change.

I was going to paint twin waterfalls, but somehow came up with this. 🫰x

Those colours are stunning and the paintings sumptuous. The one on the left could sell ice cream and the one on the right, lollypops! I spent nearly a month in Finland in Dec '83 and this picture (left) so much reminds me of that time. I hope things are a little better for you Ern and I send best wishes for your daughter's well being.

Thank you for your best wishes David - my daughter has a large cyst which has to be removed due to danger of bleeding, how it got so large with no early symptoms beats me. We are over the moon it seems not to be malignant.

I enjoyed painting the Northern Lights, the seas one I tried to make look hot as a contrast,
