Do it both times and in between if you're using it a lot. Only need a tiny amount

I’m on ambulatory oxygen and have had to stop using any inflammable creams aftershave etc. you can use your creams whenever you want if they don’t contain petroleum , alcohol or anything inflammable. It’s all down to fire risk especially if you smoke or use a gas hob/fire.

I use a daytime moisturiser and a nighttime moisturiser and have done so for all my life. I remove my make up at bedtime and slap on the night moisturiser. I then read for half an hour or so before putting on my mask and turning on the ventilator and going to sleep.

I wrote about this the other day, it's virtually impossible to find anything with nothing inflammable. Couple of kind people did make suggestions if you want to look back to my post. I am going to update once I find something suitable. Good luckMaggie
