Not normally do this type of painting these days. Not every-ones cup of tea.

I was doodling at one stage and a picture evolved.

Next will be for 14th February and will be appropriate for that date.

What kind of pills do you take Ern? I could do with a vision like you have! Seriously, I love it and could gaze at it as if travelling in space. My favourite bits are the thin greeny plants in the foreground and the streaky wisps of pink rising from the base of the planet. I like the way you have kind of laid it out in layers, Well done.

Thank you Greenthorn - I used to paint like this and it is fun, as was setting it out, I kept the plants in the foreground to a minimum, I think that helped the effect.
