I was so nervous when I visited the doctor, I forgot to ask him.
It seems strange to me that I have bronchitis without a cough!!
Has anyone here experienced this?

Bronchitis usually does have a cough because of the congestion and wheezing from the secretions. I don't know why you are lucky enough not to have a cough.
By definition, bronchitis is inflammation of the bronchi in the lungs, when you look at it in that way. If you Google it, cough is one of the main components. 🤷 I'm not sure which way he was thinking.
I hope you feel better soon.
Thank you for the answer. I had nothing but blood and phlegm for four days, and mucus in the nose that would not stop.
I was terrified of phlegm with blood, on the fifth day I decided to visit the doctor. I am now taking the medications that were prescribed to me.
Hi chook, I have copd without a cough and know for a fact I am better with one. Sometimes I will clear my chest one morning, breathing gets easier and then it disappears and it's hard to breath again. Nothing they said they could give me. I was even better when I had covid 😄
