Hi Germantara I currently am on acepiro effervescent tablets once in the morning after being on carbocysteine for years and it is a revelation for not having to take it twice a day I Don't clog up as much and don't get so tired .also have had nacsys 600mg effervescent tablets which are also good.

Hi I take Acepiro effervescent tablets one every morning, I used to have Nacsys effervescent tablets, but my pharmacy was having trouble getting them, so gave me the Acepiro instead. They are exactly the same just different names. They seem to working well for me and no side effects.
