Hi everyone I've being getting a tube off biogenesis gel for dry mouth last night was the first dry mouth since afore xmas it was great I woke up at 2 my mouth completely dry no moisture at all in mouth tongue could off used it for sanding that rough had some water but still abit dry but taday mouth still feelin the effects has anyone tried the biogenesis and what do anyone thinks about it thankyou

I haven't tried that for dry mouth, but I have used xylimelts which worked quite well.

Used it last night first time just Used abit on tongue and around inside mouth don't think be using it again cause when I got mind I always cough and mucus but this morn had loads off clear mucus but difficult to get up cause I think with having nasil drip and mucus anyway I think it caused more moisture which I know that's what is needed for dry mouth but it realy took it toll cough and hacking to get rid off it and could feel all the congestion

Yes, I stopped using xylimelts too, even though they worked. I prefer to keep a glass of water by my bed now, and sip it whenever I wake up.

I was given Glandosane for a very dry moth from my GP - one problem every time I order it, it's not available - I near choke sometimes with food, my mouth is that dry.

Don't I be using it again this morning I struggled getting mucus up realy hacking I think with nasil drip and sinus problems I think it made more moisture or some it my chest felt full off it I do admit I cough and have clear mucus on morn but it was different think I wasted me tenner

You are better getting GP grade artificial salava, not same as me though, I never got any. Probably was wasted - Although being dry all time, we try anything.

Trouble is ideas none left mentioned it to docter they said only thing we can give is for end off life who have dry mouth I just said I can understand that on that issue so they wouldn't give anything so just had ta try and combat it mysel but not solving dry moth yet back to drawing board

I get it from my GP because of the drugs I have and my complaints - I think you have been treat unfairly..

I agree they weren't interested I was once talkin to a woman and her words I think are true she said docters and nurses and docters are alot younger and don't relize the problems peaple can have with health regardless off smokin or drinkin she says they won't cope the way we have to well shoe will fit them one day

Exactly. I have had excellent treatment since coming to live in village, my good GP in town retired, was not good after that. It could well be a generation thing.
