Getting in touch with hospitals

As I am sure you all know, getting through to a hospital department is a nightmare of waiting, appalling music and usually getting cut off or ending up with the wrong person. What works best is to ask for the department secretaries who are really helpful and also available. Good luck!

We always ask to speak to the secretary but sometimes she’s not at her desk so we have to ring back. Not easy getting through to doctors anywhere. Lol. Xxx🤪🥰
