Hospitals Hospitals, how I love thee.....

Well. next Wednesday is going to be fun. I already had two appointments booked in at North Middlesex Hospital in the morning for respiatory tests and to see my respiatory consultant.

Now today I get a letter with a THIRD appointment on Wednesday, back at University College Hospital London (where I was taken last weekend), for an MR Cervical and Thoracic Spine scan in the evening.

What a fun day it's going to be.

Do check with them. Perhaps they can move one of the tests to the other hospital for you so you only have to attend at one.

It's fine, mrsmummy - the respiatory appointments at North Mid are at 9am, and the MR at UCH is at 5.40PM, so plenty of time between them :)

At least you'll get them all over with (well for now) in the one day Symes. Hope you get a good result, with not to much clock watching! Xx

I hope you are recovering Symes & over the worst of your exacerbation. Three appointments in one day is a little excessive. 😉 Take care Margaret x

Thank you Margaret. 3 appointments is a bit much, but thankfully while North Mid is but a 10-15 min taxi ride away, UCH is a bit further, and I've managed to arrange hospital transport through my GP. So I won't have to stress too much about travelling to and from :) x

Wishing you all the best with your appointments and of course the traffic on the roads getting to them. It's good if you can fit them all in the one day, but if you are concerned at all I'd ask for a re-schedule.
