25M Been waking up a lot earlier than usual, then back to sleep for an hour or 2. Then eventually my nose is so blocked its a constant coughing fit. Nightmare to get the ventolin inhaled. Everything I cough or blow out is yellow. Peak flows down to 430 from my usual 600 when I can manage. Who knows what it'd be if I tested it whilst coughing. But the app I use for the mir smart one would probably stop the test lol. 😅
less than year old ds has a bad nose and a wheeze at times. Is he too young for asthma? Seem like he's run a marathon. If he's only crawled a few meters if that

I had been feeling pretty good last week, but at the weekend i went outside for a little while as my daughter was down from London to do some gardening for me. Yesterday I was much more breathless than I was last week and can only conclude it is hayfever. I take an antihistamine every day as precaution, so have never suffered before. I'm staying in for a few days!!
I would speak to a doctor. Hope you feel better soon xx
Same !! Nose blocked but dry ... lungs struggling ... antibiotic for chest infection making me even more wheezy... on 180 fexofenadine, dymista and dry really irritating cough... started using my himalyan salt lamp yesterday and within half hour or so my chest starting feeling calmer and cooler .. So if you afford it .. its very worth treating yourself to a bit more quality of life by getting a Genuine Himalayan salt lamp... I have Bronchiectasis and usually need antibiotics approximately 3 times a year and have been very looked after by my hospital so was very shocked to realise that this time it was an Asthma episode I'm having ... I'd forgotten how scary Asthma episodes are ..
It's when I was coughing non stop. Struggled to get the ventolin into my lungs. Did eventually. If I can get my nose unblocked I don't feel too bad but it doesn't last very long. I'm debating it's either hayfever alone or hayfever with a bug. Chest just felt so tight. Got a wheeze still when I breath out. Problem i have is I don't always wheeze like I feel
The Ventolin definitely helps once it gets down into your lungs but when you have a blocked nose too you feel suffocated and its very hard not to panic ... It certainly relates to my definition of Asthma... I also have Rhinitis so that comes with that too ... but Asthma definitely needs to under control so don't worry about telling doctor exactly how you fee l ... After telling a new GP and our practice that my nasal spray is no better than water he prescribed me Dymista and told me its really good... I agree with him.. but you need to know what to do if it does get worse ... especially as we can't rely on our GP anymore and ambulances are so stretched they can't always make it in good time ...
I've got chronic rhinitis (husband's the one with all the lung problems!) & the cattarh is really bad at the moment. When I've been walking & then go inside, I start coughing. Wake up coughing sometimes too.
There's definitely something in the air!
I find that literally sticking my head over a bowl of hot water with a drop of olbas oil can help.
I'd contact the doctor as you could have an infection & to get your baby checked out.
