Hello 👋 bobbyfloyd. Didn't get round to answer, been a busy few days. I have been on Trimbow for 18 months and for me it's so good at alleviating breathlessness and helps to get the mucky stuff out your lungs 🫁 Yes I have the dry mouth syndrome but drink loads throughout day/night. Use a antibacterial mouthwash twice a day which seems to keep the thrush at bay. Can't help with Morphine. Welcome back and best wishes. Dawn.xx 🥰
